60 minute private- Sessions are focused on results-based training and corrective exercise. I work with each client to develop a personalized fitness plan that targets their specific goals and addresses any limitations or imbalances in their movement patterns. I am dedicated to providing the highest quality training and support, helping you reach your goals in the shortest amount of time possible with your commitent.
-The cost for this is $75 per session
30 min private- This session can be used in two different ways. First, these sessions are great for focused base training to help you lose weight through metabolic exercise. We will keep your heart rate up and burn calories efficiently, helping you reach your weight loss goals in the shortest amount of time possible with your dedication.
Second, our 30 minute private sessions can also be used for hands-on, tailored corrective exercise to help build a stronger foundation to build off of. We are experts in identifying and addressing any limitations or imbalances in your movement patterns, allowing you to move more efficiently and effectively with less pain.
-The cost for this is $45 per session .
60 Min Private Couple- Our 60-minute private couple session is the perfect way for you and your partner to receive personalized routines tailored to your individual needs. You'll each have your own routine designed specifically for you, allowing you to make the most of your time together while still getting the benefits of a personalized workout. This session is great for couples who want to share their time and support each other on their fitness journeys.
-The cost for this is $90 per session.
60 min Semi-private- Is a great way for small groups of 1-4 people to work out together and build consistency in their fitness journeys. Our sessions are template-based, meaning that you'll follow a pre-designed workout plan that is tailored to all different types of training styles and goals. This is a cost-effective option for individuals or small groups who want to work out together and stay on track with their fitness goals.
-The cost for this session is $30 per person.
Basic Programs- Our basic program is a simple, easy-to-follow fitness plan that you can take with you anywhere. The program is built into our app, so you can access it from anywhere, even if you're working out at home. This program is great for beginners who are just getting started with their fitness journey, or for anyone looking to build consistency in their workouts. The program includes 4-6 weeks of workouts, designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
-The cost for this program is $100.
Custom Program- Our custom program is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals by providing a completely personalized workout plan and coaching. We will work with you to design a program that takes into account every aspect of your fitness goals, including your current fitness level and any specific areas you want to focus on. You'll receive day-by-day coaching to help you stay on track and accountable, as well as a macro and nutritional plan to help you fuel your workouts and maximize your results. The program is built into our app, so you can access it from anywhere, even if you're working out at home or different gym. This program is perfect for the serious client who is willing to put in the work to see great results in just two months.
-The cost for this program is $500.
Nutritional coaching- Our nutritional coaching is designed to help you achieve your specific fitness goals by creating a personalized nutritional plan that is tailored to your needs. During your coaching session, we will sit down and discuss your goals, your current eating habits, and any other factors that may affect your nutrition. Based on this information, we will create a nutritional guideline for you that includes the right macro ratio to help you achieve your goals as quickly and effectively as possible.
-The cost for this coaching session is $100.
